Kaotica Studios journeyed to the Final Frontier in partnership with Farragut Films with “Farragut Forward” the continuation of the long-running Star Trek fan series Starship Farragut. One of the most ambitious Star Trek fan films in history, the Farragut Forward prologue premiered in 2022 with festival wins for Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and more. Favoring real set construction over a green screen, as well as the use of practical ship models, the full episode of Farragut Forward was released in October 2024.
